      Pros

      Well known company with established brand on the market. Great trainings and further education possibilities. Highly educated people hired for the positions. The best equipped lab to work in.

      Cons

      No challenges or creativity at work. Quite rigid decision in the company. The structure is the company is causing long waiting time on some decisions.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
