      Job security and consistency due to the long tenured employees that were adverse to change. All plans were mapped out well in-advance to ensure they were executed properly.

      Cons

      The team lacked innovation. The long tenured employees limited opportunities for internal advancement.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
