      Learning a lot of knowledge about protein chemistry, working on your own projects. Good training programs

      Cons

      Stressful, if any mistakes happen, the leads get very irritated, because they also get yelled, and they then yell at you even though you can fix the errors before everything happen, however, you cant fix the errors on your own you have to let them know first then thats how you get yelled.
