      Franklin Lakes campus is a great work environment.

      Cons

      Stable with change coming very slowly. In terms of strategic change, not as rapid and dynamic as I would like.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
