Full of bullying and harassment - Team Member 2 Assembler BD Employee Review

FULL OF BULLYING AND HARRASSMENT The issues I was having was brought to HRs attention and numerous managers. I was wrongfully terminated due to a medical issue which kept me out of work for approximately 1 week. They don’t follow the employee handbook and every day was a constant struggle because of all of the constant bullying going on that management refused to address. They’d rather sweep it under the rug. Plenty of discrimination here especially in Conquest/Atlas SA.
