      Pros

      The work environment was very comfortable, the people very amenable, the on-site gym a real plus, and the cafeteria food was actually good! I had a great department boss.

      Cons

      At one point office politics got toxic and was not addressed by Sr. Management as it should have been. It was addressed by HR upon people's exit interviews.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
