      Really nice people. Dedicated to making a difference. Made me feel very welcome. Quick to provide thanks and recognition. Respectful of their people and willing to work with them to provide support and development.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy that may come from being a science based company. Requires a lot of patience !
