      The people are very polite, for the most part they are happy with their jobs and it shows

      The company was having issues as I left, I don't know how it worked out for them

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
