      Pros

      - super friendly team members always there to help - great trainings plan: I have already seen products in use and nearly all of the other departments - hands on mentality right from the start - getting the right equipment is super unbureaucratic and fast

      Cons

      - a lot of different portals need to be used (it's not too bad though)

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
