Pluses and Minues - Anonymous employee BHP Employee Review

Formal development for 10 years or less experience. Nothing formal, but wasn't big enough before to warrant this. Seems like several manager are not experienced and were given the role bc of their seniority with the company as opposed to fit for the job. Organizational change management - maybe this is just with the aquisitions recently, but it seems like no time or thought was given to transition tasks or time. Communication - just plain bad
