      Pros

      - The company really looks after its employees - Abive average benefits (salary, superannuation, allowances, etc) - Good work and personal life balance - Equal employment and many opportunities for career development

      Cons

      - Sometimes big organization means lots of procedures and long 'bureaucracy' before taking a decision or implementing a change. - The company can easily just shut down a project or sell out a plant whenever the management at anytime. (but while you're being part of BHPB family, rest assured that you are being well taken care of).

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
