Pros
A great company to have on your CV Culture is great Opportunities Remuneration (once you get your experience level up) Great if you work on projects of any size
Cons
As with alot of big companies, processes and change can be slow to implement. Remuneration can be a factor when you know the rough figure of the person doing similar role as you but potentially earns 20% - 30% higher than you... Contractors hire are questionable as they dont align with the company charter Long hours are all but guarantee especially if you want to move up
