Started off well but over the years pay and conditions declined steadily.
Cons
They do nothing to assist in making FIFO life easier and everything to make it harder. Up to 50 % of males will have been managed out of the business in recent years to make way for 'diversity'. Clearly, there must be a financial advantage for the company. The high rate of staff turnover says it all.
