Pros

International environment, nice and lovely colleagues

Cons

- There is no chance of getting a career. There are no levels. It takes months to create, and they don´t put the right effort into it. - Sometimes, you must work on Saturdays to get students to take exams. - Professors talk for 8 hours straight with 30-minute breaks. Unsustainable. - Feedback is not listened to; managers tell you to handle the problem yourself. - HR has no power either to defend the worker or otherwise. - Lousy opening hours: Campus assistants have to open at 7:30 am and close at 8 pm. Overwhelming sleeping hours because shifts are different every other day. - Colleagues work Saturdays for excess workload, managers don´t open new positions because they don´t know where to put colleagues (no space). - Home office is not an option. - Startup organization, even though the company has become huge. - Every two weeks, colleagues leave the company. - Some professors and colleagues are racist. - There is a lack of business ethics, and managers don't care. - They say they are inclusive, but they are not. - Minimum wages - are not aligned with inflation. - No bonuses, no benefits. - Promotions promised, not delivered. - Zero transparency, even though they know the team is talking to each other. - Unprofessional managers: they talk about the salaries of colleagues who left (lying). You will be stuck in the muck if you are a Visa holder and don't speak German. Learn German and don't apply.

Pros

Good Salary compared to the basic salary.

Cons

Poor Management – Leadership is inconsistent or ineffective; decisions may feel arbitrary. Constantly Changing Instructions – Likely indicates lack of clear processes; can lead to confusion and inefficiency. High Pressure / Unrealistic Targets – Pressure from stakeholders (especially from developing countries) and threats about hitting targets can create a toxic stress environment. Nepotism – Hiring bias can impact team morale and fairness. Resource Shortages – Even small things like coffee shortages reflect lack of attention to employee needs and operational details.
