- There is no chance of getting a career. There are no levels. It takes months to create, and they don´t put the right effort into it. - Sometimes, you must work on Saturdays to get students to take exams. - Professors talk for 8 hours straight with 30-minute breaks. Unsustainable. - Feedback is not listened to; managers tell you to handle the problem yourself. - HR has no power either to defend the worker or otherwise. - Lousy opening hours: Campus assistants have to open at 7:30 am and close at 8 pm.
