Pros

Honestly I cannot think of any unless you’re into hire and fire and speedy burnout and/or heart attack.

Cons

Toxic culture, exploitation, job uncertainty, incompetence, employees treated like slaves and forced to snitch on each other, arrogant and narcissistic executive with a fake academic title, for profit only, de facto a clandestine immigration operation.

Pros

Good Salary compared to the basic salary.

Cons

Poor Management – Leadership is inconsistent or ineffective; decisions may feel arbitrary. Constantly Changing Instructions – Likely indicates lack of clear processes; can lead to confusion and inefficiency. High Pressure / Unrealistic Targets – Pressure from stakeholders (especially from developing countries) and threats about hitting targets can create a toxic stress environment. Nepotism – Hiring bias can impact team morale and fairness. Resource Shortages – Even small things like coffee shortages reflect lack of attention to employee needs and operational details.
