Pros
Collaborative, great team, amazing benefits, flexible. Employees are important, and pay was relatively reflective of that. Great opportunity to learn.
Cons
Maverick mentality at a company that should be more established with longer term goals. Preached about the same problems for years, but have had no success in correcting or stemming the tide.
