Pros
Corporate benefits, in house gym is great, and PTO accrual is awesome. Vendor training and supplement perks are great, and the access to information is wonderful.
Cons
The CS department is imploding. Current "leadership" is converting this into a T-Mobile/Direct TV hybrid and making us just another call center. The individual (customer or agent) is no longer important, the only important things are money, butt in a seat, and how much you can work regardless of life outside of the business. Near 50% fail rate on numbers for individuals each quarter.
