Pros
The company is a good company to work for plenty of opportunity to advanced internally if you have a TL that sees your potential for advancement, Along with free learning programs and tuition exchange. You get insurance right away and two weeks paid vacation, and all major holidays off. It's not perfect but its a good company to work for and they seam to generally care and want the best for there Member's. You get a cost of living raise every year and quarterly bonuses based on your performance or metrics.
Cons
Raises and Bonuses are performance base so if your new it may take you about a year before you see a significant raise or bonus. With the cost of living "raise" it makes it hard to negotiate a pay raise as I have been told that they base our pay on our geographical location, the pay rated in that area and on our performance metrics in spite of my metrics standardly being much higher than the lowest allowed metrics when I asked for a pay raise they tell you well your getting one in March.
