Pros
Work from home Great PTO
Cons
They have supervisors come in, and each supervisor sets their own standard for their team, regardless of position Had a new supervisor after three years of never being written up and never having complaints doing my job come in and set metrics that were unrealistic to essentially scare current employees away so she could rebuild the team within three months of her being my supervisor she was my fourth supervisor in this department mind you I was put on action and terminated within three months She did not care that it was near the holidays. She did not care that I dedicated every night until 9 PM and every weekend for the past two years dedicating my time to this team I’ve expressed numerous times that I was a single mom to a six-year-old and doing this was taking time away from my child, but I cared so much about my job and my position that I was willing to do it . She agreed that it was not OK and she sympathize with me only to terminate me three months later, if you’re looking for a job that cares about its employees, and the well-being of their employees look further.
