Pros
Colleagues are very helpful and welcoming! Work culture is maintained at its best. The colleagues I worked with were very helpful in explaining new technology.
Cons
Number of projects are less. I had to sit without work for 7 - 8 months. Many a times candidates are not allocated the projects in which Capgemini train them. The salary compensation is not satisfying.
