      1. Very good work culture.. 2. Good opportunities to travel onsite.

      Cons

      1. Overall quantity of work is relatively low . Not so good if you are a fresher . 2. With less amount of work most skills get wasted for good resources.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
