      Pros

      Not all but some coworkers are very nice people.

      Cons

      Managers are crappy. You don't always work on what they offered when you started working for them. Ambience truly depends on the "mission" you are. Also, codebase of existing projects is a pile of junk.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
