These people i dont want to name them but these so called TL thinks keeping the employee on bench and later giving them a unpaid vacation on bench will solve their problem doesnt even have a humanity that how would a employee manage whos not financially strong disgusted absolutely the worst manager and tl i've found who cant even cooperate with the genuine request
