Thank you for taking the time to share such a comprehensive and insightful review. We're truly pleased to hear that you resonate with Capgemini’s core values—honesty, boldness, trust, freedom, team spirit, modesty, and fun—which are the foundation of our culture and guide how we work together. It's great to know that you've found value in our learning ecosystem, including Capgemini Group University and our partnerships with Coursera and Harvard Manage Mentor. We're also glad that our hybrid work model and global presence have contributed positively to your work-life balance and professional exposure. Your recognition of our inclusive culture, innovative projects, and employee engagement efforts is deeply appreciated. At the same time, we acknowledge your concerns regarding salary competitiveness, job security, and the pace of career progression. These are important areas, and we are continuously working to enhance our compensation frameworks, ensure transparent and merit-based promotions, and provide greater stability and clarity during uncertain times. We also recognize that work pressure can vary by project, and we’re committed to supporting our teams with better resource planning and wellness initiatives. Feedback about recognition and HR consistency is equally valuable, and we are actively working to ensure that every employee feels seen, heard, and fairly treated. Your feedback helps us grow, and we thank you for your continued contributions to Capgemini.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
