Pros

Managers give out food vouchers If you do their work for them or get nominated by another member or staff sometimes. The other front line people I work with are gems. Put in a request to go part time but takes ages for it to come back. Needs to keep a roof over head but starting to think anything would be better than this

Cons

Feel like its taken years off my health. Constant stress. Constant changing manager's. Bullying and threatening behaviour. Work from home, but when they go in everyone's scared to speak in case they get recorded or reported. People think will get promoted If report on others. Nowhere feels safe. If don't like being spoken down to or humiliated on zoom calls by trainers, made to feel even worse. Someone working here longer said "they want us to hate ourselves" cause they like encourage us to say all the things that's wrong with us constantly. Have witnessed people have asthma attacks then return to desks cause don't feel like they can have time off cause of sickness stats they keep on us. Such an atmosphere of unease folks afraid to ask questions in case gets turned round on em. Constantly have to finish outside of working hours If a call goes long. Sometimes start when it's dark and finish when it's dark. No work life balance. Missed birthdays. Missed a Funeral once. Of the people I started with like 70% are gone. Can't get holiday cuase it's done by a online system have to compete against other colleagues. Everyday expected to take calls about abuse, bereavement and suicide, homelessness, prison, or sworn at about interest rates, with zero aftercare or care about how it impacts us, as long as they get their bonuses.

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
