Pros
The pay is good and there's decent bonuses. I was a TDP and in my first rotation my team didn't give me a ton of opportunities to contribute or really learn. However, on my second rotation I met some great leaders and teammates who really cared about my growth and development and are genuinely good people. My manager now is awesome!
Cons
It is very team dependent on whether you'll have a good time at this company. If you don't have a good manager, you're kind of screwed during performance reviews which happen twice a year. PIP culture isn't great here and there's a mandatory percentage of people that get a below strong rating/PIP. I've seen some talented developers get PIP'd simply because their manager didn't care enough to fight for them.
