Pros

pay is good except when you calculate what you are making when you are working on-call in an it production environment

Cons

on call, means to them whenever, whatever you doing -stop, you better answer your phone seriously. had managers that were not professional and micro managed you to death. if you like having a manager snap fingers at you to work when they wanted something. the managers will call other managers in other states to ask you to complete an assignment, even when they are sitting near by in another cube. i never had a warm fuzzy feeling and my team was promised all these special events for team building...always cancelled at the last minute (you still had to complete all work anyway before going) other folks on the team got awards for things that i did but i was passed over many times.

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
