This company builds you up just to just to shut you down via performance reviews. Shady performance reviews with no prior feedback can result below strong rating. I was told the performance cycle is supposed to create uncertainty which to me means cheaters back stabbers, and can’t be trusted. Don’t waste your time at this company go somewhere else where they value you as an individual vs. a robot compared to others!! Shame on Richard Fairbanks for creating an environment, of backstabbing! You don’t care about your employees you just care about your pockets. Shame on you. Human Resources department is a joke.
