      Pros

      Good basic pay, sometimes we have great bonus incentives as well.

      Cons

      Some colleagues are too lazy and you have to serve loads customers. It's not fair as when it comes to bonus, it's a team target and some of them could get it effortlessly whilst you do all the hardwork.
