Pros

Benefits, competitive pay, lots of training available, decent bonus structure, good discount

Cons

You are punished if you don't reach your set goals for the month or if you aren't the top seller, even if your numbers are still great. Many managers are only focused on the wrong numbers and won't say anything if you are doing well. Quite often I would have excellent sales (multiple bags, and accessories - often being around or over $1,000 price point) and my store manager wouldn't even say good job. Coach has extremely high expectations and wants you to meet them at all costs - even if that means elementary school style writes ups to get their point across.
