They give a lot to their mgmt staff in terms of benefits. They give you vested stock, bags and accessories each year at Store Manager conferences.
Cons
They change their uniforms often and give no extra money to buy the new uniforms. They expect you to wear the latest shoes and they are pricey and a little uncomfortable.
