Pros

Where do I begin? - 50% Discount, - 65%-75% discount during delete period -Amazing staff and friendly team -TEAM SHARE bonus! -No Competitive commission. I LOVE working for this company! You learn so much about leather and quality goods its crazy amazing! I worked with some amazing people and love my team! The company truly employs the notion of "working as a team" as you do not work on commission . Instead, when the store hits it "Team Share" goal, everyone gets a bonus which is nice because the people in the back stock who work also get rewarded for their hard work! Everyone is willing to help and there is not such thing as a bad worker, just someone who needs to be "uplifted" and taught the right things. I love this company. I have been offered more money to go to other competitors but I just can't leave I am so loyal to Coach its crazy! Even if you are not a crazy fashion lover like me you will love working for this company!

Cons

-Its really hard to not want to buy everything! -Hours are sometimes sparse you may get 4-8 hours one week but then 25-35 another and even then they may ask to cut you to save on hours but again the team share makes for it! -During floorset, you may be up until 2 in the morning fixing the layout of the store but its fun to do to! -Dress code is a bit strict, but hey its a boutique so you need to look nice

Pros

- fast paced days with lots of client interaction and team building moments - fun product dropped monthly with opportunities to be the first to own popular drops - opportunities to grow* - a great starting place to learn how to provide an elevated shopping experience and learn how to build a client book

Cons

- * Opportunities to grow only present themselves if you have a positive relationship with the management team and/or the DM - Corporate tends to lead on candidates and promise advancements or change verbally but little is done to correct behavior or advance within the company - Your store manager will determine whether the team is harmonious and fair, can be a double edged sword - you will be asked to do tasks or take on projects outside of your position with no additional compensation. It will be heavily frowned upon to decline said opportunities and tended to lead to being denied advancements - during ICE activities in the city, Coach refused to make a statement and or provide guidelines to how we as a store should respond. Associates were punished for absences related back to ICE activities
