Pros
The company is all about growth and development. If you are self-motivated and push to exceed your goals, you WILL move up. The sales environment is great as well because it is not commission-based. Your sales team must make your sales goal as a whole and everyone is rewarded. Employees are recognized for hard work, there is no doubt about that. Perfect for a college student!
Cons
The only con is that in sales, your team is constantly changing. Don't get too attached to people because there is the opportunity to grow and move around to different stores. Not really a con, but just a reminder that people do come and go in retail.
