      -amazing team and managers -good shift hours -team works really well together -great discounts -monthly bonus (if store meets monthly goal) -thorough training on brand + job operations

      Cons

      -meeting monthly goals can be challenging due to low volume customers purchasing at coach outlet instead -sales associates can be lazy and expect you to do work for them -barely any benefits -complaining customers
