Pros

For part one roles, they have 3 variations: PT3: for students or someone who wants to do 20 hrs a week or less. The salary is 16 dollars per hour PT2: for someone who is available for 30 hrs. Salary is 17 dollars per hour PT1: 40 hours per week. Salary is 17-18 dollars per hour based on experience Benefits: after 3 months with the company, you get access to dental, vision and basic health insurances. For almost 50 dollars a month, you can extend the insurances (Manulife) for self and spouse. That way, 80 percent of the medical bills are taken care of by them and you pay only 20 percent. Other benefits: coach employees get 50 percent off on most of the collection and during Christmas, they offer 65 percent off on limited items for a limited time too !!! They don’t work on commission but if the store makes the target for that month, we get TeamShare bonus which is between 350 to 650 CAD for all PTs/FTs (it’s based on who’s done more hours at the store) The team is wonderful. I was new to retail and the team really brings out the best of everyone! They’re good at training and the supervisors were really cool. They are strict about not using the phone on the sales floor and deeply care for customer interactions. A good company to work for.

Cons

At the end of it, The salary might seem a bit low. They’re not always hiring for full time roles. TeamShare always doesn’t come through. I made it twice in 4 months.
