Pros

they have a profit sharing system

Cons

this was my first job, and i just never got over how crazy it was. my first day i remember someone jokingly stated: “we’re going to make sure by the end of this month you’re not smiling anymore.” all because i was a happy guy. anyway, let’s just start with pay. in 2016 i was hired at 13$ an hour. which i was super hyped about. i found out there was a girl that dedicated all her time there for 2 years before me and was getting paid 8$ an hour. for the same position with more responsibilities. make sure you’re getting paid what you’re worth. they do not care about your health or wellbeing. i got a shift for black friday, and coincidentally my hand got bit by a rottweiler. i called in sick, but they replied “are you sure?” so i just came in anyway for fear i’d be let go. they asked me to just hold the sign for the end of the line. which was easy but my blood was dripping down my arm. they freaked out and sent me home after realizing i didn’t lie. management was very good at treating staff like numbers. i won’t get into it, but trust me… this isn’t the minimum wage job you want.
