Pros
- Develop sales experience - Sometimes randomly got a bonus for hitting certain call metrics - Lots of interesting and friendly people to work with - Managers were encouraging and friendly to work with - If you can read a script your hired
Cons
- Kept Badgering the same clients day after day saying the same script. - Bonus structure changed monthly - Irritated customers complaining of constant calls - Required to make at least 96 calls a day with some reps only having a total of 600 clients meaning they would call customers once a week selling the same products - Had to read a script which limited ability to be a true sales person - If a customer orders office supplies once a year there is no need to call them once a week.
