The pay is not competitive with the market and does not take into account current cost of living, Recruiters all make a standard 20.00 hourly (now) and most teams are not allowed overtime so you can count on that either. If you are hired to work at home, you will get a monitor and tower, not a laptop as we should since we are work at home, the equipment is sub par, will likely need to get replaced within the year. The teams are toxic, it is like high school all over again. There is a severe lack of opportunities, there are coworkers who have been in the same role for 12 years with no movement (not for lack of trying). Your job is never safe, there are many that have been laid off without warning after being with the company for over a decade, yet they keep those that have been recently hired or get paid less. Promotions are not a thing in the recruiting department, there is a lot of favoritism. You will not get promoted, even if you are one of the best, you will need to apply and go through 3 or 4 rounds of interviews before you are chosen if you get that far. Concentrix rather hire externally for both recruiting and human resources than internally. There are a lot of agents in customer service roles constantly being demoted. The pay does not reflect the workload by any means, you are glued to your chair if you want to get things done. You are micromanaged on a daily basis. Do not trust HR, they partner with managers and I’ve heard of one divulging “private” complaints from an agent to a manager, and the manager walking away unscathed from said report while the employee eventually quit because of the toxic environment. If you keep to yourself it is bad, and if you speak your mind it is also bad. There isnt a PTO package when you start, you accrue your time off, there aren't sick days and the benefit packages are terrible. Every year they make you submit a survey, the number one complaint across board being pay, it never gets listened to, instead everyone gets useless programs that never work correctly when they are made "live" or pointless "engagement" meetings.
