Pros

If one is looking for an opportunity to advance quickly, Concentrix is the place to be. There are lofty expectations, however, if one is willing to show up for work everyday, perform the assigned tasks to the best of one's ability, the sky is the limit with Concentrix.

Cons

Team Leads that have customer service skills but no skills for dealing with their subordinates. Also, when a client experiences a peak period, management has no regard for the long hours, with no breaks or no lunch that one works to meet the client's needs.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
