The management is very stat driven and heavy focused. Ops managers do not listen one bit when you bring up issues regarding a manager bullying you. They do not really care about you or anything you have to say as long as you meet your targets. Mental health and general health is an inconvenience they never offer any help and are always pushing you to break.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
