Pros
We had training for one month
Cons
The Team Leaders do not have your back when things go wrong. They put you on phones to take abuse for 7-1/2 hours a day. If you take too many bathroom breaks, even if it's for medical reasons, you are called in for "coaching". They let me go after 5-1/2 months (just shy of the 6 months where I would have gotten benefits). It took me several phone calls & emails before I got my R.O.E. When I finally did get it, they did not check off the box for "dismissal", but chose to check off Box K- contact HRsite. EI contacted them on several occasions for more information, but no one called them back. I left voicemails & emails to ask them to contact EI, with no response. I finally got my EI approved, more than a month from when I was let go. I would not recommend anyone work for this company.
