      You will meet a few people who start off as a co worker and grow to become a dear friend.

      Cons

      The management is unethical in their daily tasks. No way would I refer another person to work within this establishment.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
