      Pros

      The team leads are flexible and treat you like a human being. Once you prove you're and adult,they treat you like one.

      Cons

      HR is behind locked doors. If you need an accommodation plan on it taking several months. There have been several discrimination complaints while I've been there. There's also rumors that the site may close down if one of the projects is lost.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
