Pros

You learn fast, gain solid careeer experience, most junior to mid level staff are paid less than elsewhere but if you work hard and contribute to the company you will likely get frequent pay rises and wider responsibilities.

Cons

Physical environment could be improved and transparency from senior management.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and providing some useful feedback. We're continuing to assess our pay scales as we want to make sure we're competitive in the market whilst also being a great place to work. As you've highlighted, we do recognise good work from within, and that's exemplified by the fact the majority of the senior management team are people who have worked their way up through the business. I actually think overall the Melbourne office is a great space, with wonderful views over greenery which is rare for the CBD. However, every office does have it's challenges and the limited number of toilets in particular is something that would be good to find a solution to. We've also now started some initiatives aimed at giving greater transparency across the business, including global all-hands calls where everyone has the opportunity to ask what is on their mind.

Pros

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
