Pros

-great virtual classroom training with small class size with human touch with trainers and team leads - great clients to work with, and keep you on your toes with consistent quality checks and evaluations -always make sure you are prepared and trained for the job

Cons

- terrible flexibility. They take the "open flexibility" too far. - changes your schedule every 2 months. So Everytime you get comfortable with a schedule, they ruin your rythum. If you're lucky, you will have somewhat input on your schedule. Even then, part time people are thrown under the bus. Latest schedule bids, part timers are excluded from any say -50 cents raise for double the amount of learned content to follow. I'm certain they are taking advantage and using slave work. - make you work even on holidays. No concept of days off, if you wanted Thanksgiving off, they will make you work on one of your off days that week, ruining any consecutive holiday plans. But they also change holiday off system, so you don't know what to expect. - force part timers to work 5 hours a day, but holiday pay only for 4 hours. While full timers get 8 hour holiday pay. - "clock on" nightmare. Takes the dumb page to load 15 minutes to sign in, but got to clock on and change for break on the dot? HR isn't very mindful.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
