Nothing as such, just got to keep my job in the pandemic, very much obliged to the Client for not killing the process in the pandemic.
Cons
- For getting Promoted, you'll either need to be a girl, who should be ready to go with the labeled executives, Even HR knows whats wrong, but they also don't ponder. - Since its a service based corp, Allowances are very low, Monthly WFH expenses, like internet bills etc, were not paid to the employees, even when the Client has extended the payments - Lots of group-ism, based on region. have seen, many deserving candidates leaving the org, due to this regionalism.
