      Pros

      Remote working after an initial period of trial.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Lack of internal communication. Employee disengagement, broken work environment, local employees favoritism, manipulative hierarchy. One of the worst company I have ever seen. Despicable and sad. Stay away from this place if you can choose.

      Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
