      Pros

      You get a paycheck You receive money You are employed You will have a job It’s a job

      Cons

      They will tell you holidays off and change it to make you work all holidays after your first year. They will uptrain you all the time with no extra pay. They will pile on the work with no extra pay They will change the rules constantly. Week to week. Sometimes they go back to rules from the week before, then change it again a couple days later. Pto does not exist in this company at all. They don’t care about sickness or anything else. I had over 80 hours of pto and could not touch it.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
