Pros

"Flexibility" in rosters if you know how to do it and you're lucky enough. Location (heart of the CBD)

Cons

No room to work, not enough desks. Stress, no communication. Dirty computer screen, keyboard and mice (if working). No real ongoing training. Trainings are done online, by yourself between calls. FYI you have 7 seconds between 2 calls. No support or help when needed. Team Leaders (TL) or Quality Coaches (QC) are too busy laughing, eating, playing around than responding to your messages. Constant email/ping messages harassment when not into the right stats. Don't waste your time (like i did) asking for mentoring, extra training, face to face feedbacks... 2 months later i'm still waiting. Ask questions regarding policies and procedures, gets a different answer each time. So it's easy for you to do your job every day. The rate per hour is outrageous; i have never seen any Tech Support job under $20/h. Well now i have.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

Cons

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
